£10,000 Dropshipping Guarantee - Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to the £10,000 Dropshipping Guarantee (the "Guarantee") offered to participants of the Dropship Unlocked Masterclass. By enrolling in the Dropship Unlocked Masterclass and participating in the Guarantee, you agree to be bound by the terms set out in this Agreement. Please read them carefully.
The Guarantee is only available to members of the Dropship Unlocked Masterclass mentorship program and is applicable to members who join after 27th March 2025. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not participate in the Guarantee.
1. The £10,000 Dropshipping Guarantee
We guarantee that if you commit to investing £5000 in ads and follow all of our proven strategies, but fail to generate £10,000 in sales within 12 months, you will be eligible for a refund of the program cost. This guarantee is subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Qualifying Actions for Members
To qualify for the £10,000 Dropshipping Guarantee, you must meet the
following conditions during the 12-month period:
2.1 Engagement and Accountability:
Community Participation: You must be active in the DSU Masterclass community at least 5 days a week by participating in discussions, sharing progress, and asking questions.
Your activity will be tracked via the Skool activity chart to confirm compliance with this requirement.
You must attend a weekly Q&A call. Attendance will be tracked via Q&A records.
2.2 Daily Progress Tracking:
You are required to complete a Daily Progress Check-In using Jotform to provide daily updates on tasks, including ad campaigns, supplier signings, product uploads, and other relevant activities.

2.3 Milestone Progression:
Within 6 months:
Set up and run ads that are actively generating sales.
Track the performance of ads using Shopify or other advertising platforms.
Within 12 months:
Sign at least 20 suppliers and upload all relevant products to your store.
Adjust ad budgets based on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) to ensure optimization.
2.4 Ad Spend Commitment:
You must commit to investing a minimum of £5000 in ads.
The ad spend must be documented and verifiable through the ad platforms used. You must provide proof of ad spend upon request.
3. How to Claim the Guarantee
At the end of the 12-month period, if you have invested £5000 in ads, followed all the actions outlined in this Agreement, but have not made £10,000 in sales (a 2x return on ad spend), you may submit a request to claim the Guarantee.
To claim the Guarantee, you must submit the following documentation:
Daily Progress Tracking Forms – All forms must be completed consistently through the Jotform submission.
Proof of Attendance – Evidence of your participation in the weekly Q&A calls.
Evidence of Actions Taken – Screenshots or documentation of ad campaigns, supplier signings, and product uploads.
Proof of £5000 Ad Spend – Documentation from the ad platforms reporting your total ad spend for the program.
Upon receipt of your claim, it will be reviewed. If all conditions have been met and you have not reached the £10,000 sales goal, a refund will be issued in accordance with the terms outlined below.
4. Fine Print / Terms & Conditions
4.1 Consistent Effort Requirement:
You must demonstrate consistent effort throughout the 12-month period. Simply attending calls or completing a small portion of the program without taking action will not qualify you for the refund.
4.2 Refund Eligibility:
Refund eligibility is only available to members who have completed 12 months of membership.
Your account must be in good standing, and you must have submitted all required information and progress tracking by the end of the 12-month period.
The Guarantee is only available to paid members of the DSU Masterclass.
4.3 Submission Deadline:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the completion of the 12-month program.
4.4 Refund Issuance:
If you qualify for the Guarantee, a refund will be issued as 100% of the initial program cost, excluding the £5000 ad spend.
4.5 Ad Spend Verification:
If the £5000 in ad spend is not fully committed to or not properly documented, your refund request will be denied.
5. Checklist of Actions to Qualify for the £10,000 Dropshipping Guarantee
To qualify for the Guarantee, you must complete the following actions during the 12-month period:
5.1 Engagement and Accountability:
Community Participation: Be active in the community for at least 5 days a week.
Weekly Q&A Call Attendance: Attend a weekly Q&A call (attendance will be tracked).
5.2 Daily Progress Tracking:
Daily Check-In Submission: Complete a daily progress check-in form to track tasks such as ad campaigns, supplier signings, and product uploads.
5.3 Milestones:
Sign 20 Suppliers: Sign at least 20 suppliers and upload all relevant products to your store.
Ad Campaign Setup: Set up and run ads that are actively generating sales.
Track Ad Performance: Track your ad performance using Shopify or advertising platforms.
5.4 Ad Spend Commitment:
£5000 Ad Spend: You must invest £5000 in ads and document your ad spend using ad platforms.
6. Modifications and Termination
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or terminate this Guarantee at any time at our sole discretion. Any modifications to this Guarantee will be communicated to members in writing. Continued participation in the DSU Masterclass after such modifications will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
By enrolling in the DSU Masterclass and participating in the £10,000 Dropshipping Guarantee, you acknowledge that you fully accept the risks inherent in dropshipping and business activities. We do not guarantee results and are not liable for any business losses, damages, or other adverse outcomes arising from your participation. The Guarantee is offered solely as an incentive for consistent effort and action, but results are not assured.
You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any failure to meet business objectives or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from your participation in the program.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes that arise in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
