Acceptable Use PolicyLast updated: 1 May 2024This acceptable use policy sets out the terms between you and SRL ECOM Ltd. (“us”, “we”, “Dropship Unlocked”) under which you may access our website https://dropshipunlocked.com and any Dropship Unlocked services. This acceptable use policy applies to all users of, and visitors to, Dropship Unlocked.Your use of Dropship Unlocked means that you accept, and agree to abide by, all the policies in this acceptable use policy, which supplement our Terms of Services.

General Use

Users are expected to use the website and its services for lawful, intended, and appropriate purposes only. Actions that infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the website are prohibited. 

Prohibited Content, Uses and Activities

You may use Dropship Unlocked only for lawful purposes. The following content and activities are not permitted on Dropship Unlock services and constitute violations of this Policy, together with any breaches of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.

Harassment and Abuse: Engaging in harassment, bullying, or any other action that serves to intimidate, threaten, or otherwise harm other users or members of our staff. For the purpose of harming or attempting to harm minors in any way.

Malicious Messaging: Distributing content that promotes malicious practices or intent against others, including the company and its services. This includes, but is not limited to, initiating campaigns or conversations that are slanderous, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to the company or its reputation.

Spamming: Sending unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages.

Unauthorized Access: Accessing, or attempting to access, any part of the website or its user accounts through hacking, password mining, or any other means not intentionally made available to you.

Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation to deceive others.

Fraudulent activity: In any way that is unlawful or fraudulent or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

Misuse of proprietary Intellectual property rights: To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use or re-use any material which does not comply with our Content Standards (as per below) and intellectual property rights.

Viruses: To knowingly transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware.

Policy violation: any potential violation to this or other Dropship Unlocked policies, procedures and/or standards. 

You also agree:

Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or re-sell any part of Dropship Unlocked  in contravention of the provisions of our Terms of Services.

Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:

any part of Dropship Unlocked ;

any equipment or network on which Dropship Unlocked  is stored;

any software used in the provision of Dropship Unlocked;

any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.

3. Enforcement and Reporting

Monitoring: Dropship Unlocked reserves the right to monitor all activities on the website to determine compliance with this Policy. However, we respect the privacy and rights of our users as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Reporting: Users are encouraged to report any violations of this Policy to our administrative team by contacting [email protected].

Consequences: Violations of this Policy may result in a range of actions, including but not limited to temporary or permanent suspension of account access, removal of content, or legal action, depending on the severity of the violation.

Minimum User Age

Our platform is only intended for use by persons above the age of consent in their respective jurisdiction. 

Software and Intellectual property 

Users must respect all copyright and licensing agreements. Users must not download, install or use unauthorised software. 

Interactive services

Dropship Unlocked offers interactive services including a forum where members can communicate (“Community”). While we encourage open and constructive conversations, all users must adhere to the Content Standards set out in this policy when using the forum.

Moderation and Monitoring: We are not obligated to monitor or moderate any 1:1 conversations or Community forum discussions. However, we reserve the right to moderate content posted to the Community forum if it breaches this Acceptable Use Policy. Our team does not actively monitor individual 1:1 conversations, but we will review reported breaches within these private communications.Community Forum: Users can post, interact, and communicate through the Community forum. This platform feature is designed to facilitate direct user interaction and exchange of ideas relevant to the services of Dropship Unlocked.Reporting and Enforcement: Should a user breach this policy via 1:1 conversations or within the Community forum, we reserve the right to take appropriate action. This may include, but is not limited to, issuing warnings, removing content, or terminating access to the services.User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that their interactions within both 1:1 conversations and the Community forum comply with all applicable laws and this policy. We advise users to exercise caution and good judgment in their communications.

By engaging with the interactive services provided by Dropship Unlocked, you acknowledge and agree to conduct your interactions in accordance with this policy. Breaches of this policy may result in actions taken by Dropship Unlocked as deemed appropriate, up to and including termination of access.

Content standards

These content standards apply to any and all material which you contribute to Dropship Unlocked  (contributions), and to any communication you have with any other user on Dropship Unlocked .You must comply with the spirit and the letter of the following standards. The standards apply to each part of any contribution as well as to its whole.Contributions must:

Be accurate (where they state facts).Be genuinely held (where they state opinions).Comply with applicable law in the UK and in any country from which they are posted.

Contributions must not:

Contain any material which is defamatory of any person, including Dropship Unlocked.Contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.Promote sexually explicit material.Promote violence.Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.Infringe any copyright, database right or trade mark of any other person.Be likely to deceive any person.Be made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.Promote any illegal activity.Be threatening, abuse or invade another’s privacy, or cause annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety.Be likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.Be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person.Give the impression that they emanate from us, if this is not the case.Advocate, promote or assist any unlawful act such as (by way of example only) copyright infringement or computer misuse.

Suspension and termination

We will determine, in our discretion, whether there has been a breach of this acceptable use policy through your use of Dropship Unlocked . When a breach of this policy has occurred, we may take such action as we deem appropriate.Failure to comply with this acceptable use policy constitutes a material breach of the Terms of Service upon which you are permitted to use Dropship Unlocked , and may result in our taking all or any of the following actions:

Immediate, temporary or permanent withdrawal of your right to use Dropship Unlocked .Immediate, temporary or permanent removal of any posting or material uploaded by you to Dropship Unlocked .Issue of a warning to you.Legal proceedings against you for reimbursement of all costs on an indemnity basis (including, but not limited to, reasonable administrative and legal costs) resulting from the breach.Further legal action against you.Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

We exclude liability for actions taken in response to breaches of this acceptable use policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Confidentiality Definition of Confidential Information: "Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to, all information and materials related to the operations, products, processes, business affairs, or plans of Dropship Unlocked or its users that a user may obtain through the use of the Dropship Unlocked platform, including information shared within the Community forum or in one-on-one communications. This encompasses non-public business information, technology, marketing and business plans, databases, specifications, formulations, tooling, prototypes, sketches, models, drawings, procurement requirements, engineering information, samples, records, financial data, personal data, or other proprietary information.

Obligations regarding Confidential Information:

Confidentiality:  Users agree to keep all Confidential Information they acquire in a strictly confidential manner. Users shall not disclose, publish, or disseminate Confidential Information to any third party without prior written consent from Dropship Unlocked.Usage Restrictions: Confidential Information may only be used for the purpose of engaging with and utilizing the Dropship Unlocked services as outlined in the Acceptable Use Policy. Any other use of Confidential Information is strictly prohibited unless specifically authorized through written agreement by Dropship Unlocked.Security: Users must take all reasonable precautions to protect the integrity and confidentiality of Confidential Information that they are exposed to by securing it against unauthorized access, use, modification, or destruction.

Exclusions from Confidential information: 

Information is not considered Confidential Information if it is publicly known and made generally available through no wrongful act of the user;Information that the user can demonstrate was known to them prior to its disclosure by Dropship Unlocked;Information that becomes known to the user from a source other than Dropship Unlocked without breach of this clause by the user and otherwise not in violation of Dropship Unlocked's rights.

Reporting Unauthorised Disclosures: Users must immediately report any breach of confidentiality, suspected or actual, or unauthorized use or disclosure of Confidential Information to Dropship Unlocked. We will take all necessary measures to address such incidents, including legal action if necessary.

Term of Confidentiality: The obligation of confidentiality shall continue indefinitely even after termination of the user’s relationship with Dropship Unlocked, unless such information enters the public domain without breach by the user.

Changes to the acceptable use policy

We may revise this acceptable use policy at any time by amending this page. You are expected to check this page from time to time to take notice of any changes we make, as they are legally binding on you. Some of the provisions contained in this acceptable use policy may also be superseded by provisions or notices published elsewhere on Dropship Unlocked .
