Questions People Always Ask:

I have a full-time job and limited evenings. Can I actually fit this around my work?

Yes, and most of the people inside the programme are doing exactly that. The model is designed to be built in 1 to 2 hours an evening, around a 9-to-5. Once the store is up and running, you can use AI and a Virtual Assistant to handle around 80% of the day-to-day work, which is when this stops feeling like a second job and starts feeling like a real asset.

I've tried dropshipping before with Chinese suppliers and got burned. How is this different?

Completely different model. Traditional AliExpress dropshipping is low-quality products with 30 to 60 day shipping from China, razor-thin margins, and high refund rates. The Home-Turf Advantage™ is the opposite end of the market: premium UK suppliers, next-day delivery, high-ticket products (£500 to £5,000+), and £300 to £1,000 profit per order. You're building a real, defensible UK e-commerce business, not flipping cheap imports. This is the exact reason most people who've tried e-commerce and failed end up rebuilding on this model.

Is this a "get rich quick" thing? What kind of timeline should I realistically expect?

No, and I'll be straight with you. If you want fast money, this isn't it. The realistic timeline is first sales around weeks 4 to 6, £500 to £1,000 a month in profit by around month 3, and £3,000 to £5,000 a month by month 6 to 9 if you stay consistent. Some people move faster than that, some slower. What you're building is a long-term asset, not a payday. That's the whole point.

Do I need money upfront to start? And do I need to be technical?

You don't need to buy inventory. The suppliers hold the stock and ship for you. You'll need a small budget for the basic tools (around £100/month for Shopify and software) and a starting ad budget of around £20 to £30 a day once your store is live. On the technical side, no. Most people inside the programme had zero online business experience when they started. The store is built on Shopify using a pre-built theme, the supplier scripts are done-for-you, and you're walked through every step.

Will the training be recorded if I can't make it live?

There's no recorded replay sent out afterwards. The full training and the Q&A only happen live on Zoom, so if you want the breakdown, you'll need to register for a session you can actually attend. There are multiple sessions a week including evenings, so pick the one that fits.

What happens after the training? Is there a pitch at the end?

Yes, and I'll tell you that upfront so you can make an informed decision. The workshop itself is the full breakdown of the model: the 5-step framework, the supplier strategy, the case studies, how the whole thing works. At the end I'll explain how my full mentorship programme works for the people who want hands-on support to launch their own store. No pressure either way. Most people who attend take the framework and run with it themselves, which is fine by me.
